David Dunn—Clarinet, Flute, Recorder, Saxophone
David D. Dunn is a local performer, teacher, and digital artist, currently on faculty at area schools such as Cleveland State Community College, GPS, Baylor School, and McCallie School. He also has a private studio at his home, Southside Studio. David is a certified sommelier and a hot yoga instructor. He’s always pursuing the understanding of how the different artistic disciplines—whether visual, performance, or culinary based—can lend to better understanding of others. Dunn is a graduate from the Fieldston School in Riverdale, New York City, and the Hoff-Barthelson Music School in Scarsdale, New York; he received his Bachelor of Music degree in clarinet performance from the Hartt School of Music. He completed the requirements for a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Hartford, a Master of Music degree in clarinet from Rutgers University, and studied graphic and web design at the Academy of Art University, San Francisco. Dunn studied wine at the Sommelier Society of America and American Sommelier both in Manhattan, New York. He received his yoga certification under Jimmy Barkan.
