Dan Hanson—Trumpet

Dan Hanson brings 26 years of experience teaching chorus and band in public schools and 29 years of being a church music minister, sometimes concurrently Retired from all of the above, he is now a freelance trumpet player in the Chattanooga, Tennessee, area who is actively performing with the Jericho Brass Band of Chattanooga. He also serves as player, coordinator, and arranger for Brassworks Ensemble and teaches private trumpet students at First Baptist Church’s School of Fine Arts and Cadek Conservatory of Music. In addition to the above ensembles, he is a performing member of Trumpette Bombarde, a trumpet/organ trio specializing in baroque trumpet music.
