August COVID Update

Cadek releases policies and protocols for fall 2020 term.
To our Cadek community,

Welcome to all new and returning Cadek students and families! We are excited that the fall 2020 term is underway and look forward to seeing you either in person or virtually.

As we start a new term, the health and safety of all of our community members is our main priority. In accordance with CDC guidelines, TN Department of Health, and TN Department of Education, we created a Cadek COVID-19 preparedness plan and policies for the upcoming year.

  • As a reminder, while on campus, all Cadek employees, students, and parents will be expected to wear cloth face coverings while inside buildings and maintain six feet of physical distance. Face coverings are also required outside whenever physical distancing is not possible. We will have disposable face coverings if a student doesn’t have one but encourage our community to bring their own as well.
  • Before arriving on campus and entering the building, Cadek students will be asked to answer a series of health questions. These questions should be answered on the day of each lesson. Click here for the daily health screenings questionnaire. These questions can also be accessed via a QR code on the outside of the Cadek building should you need to answer them upon arrival and before you enter the building.
  • Families are asked to take their child’s temperature prior to arrival.
These policies and daily health screenings are also on the main page, Cadek.org, where we share calendar

Thank you for being a part of the Cadek Conservatory! We strive to create a supportive environment for students to learn, grow, and thrive through music, and we appreciate your cooperation as we move forward during the pandemic.
